When guests stepped onto the jobsite at Campfire Ranch Little Sugar last week, they weren鈥檛 just seeing a construction project, they were experiencing the momentum of Northwest Arkansas growth firsthand.
麻豆MD传媒鈥檚 Northwest Arkansas team had the honor of partnering with in hosting an exclusive sneak peek, welcoming community partners, local leaders and media to tour the soon-to-open lodge. From the start, our focus, alongside developer , has been on restoring the historic E. Fay Jones property with the care it deserves while ensuring the schedule stays on track for Campfire Ranch’s October 10 opening, in line with Life Time Fitness’ .
Partnership in Action
The event was a showcase of , with their team leading the way in sharing the story behind the project and its role in Bella Vista鈥檚 growth. 麻豆MD传媒 was proud to be a partner in that effort with preparing the site and supporting pre-event and onsite logistics.
To prepare for the event, 麻豆MD传媒 Superintendent James Hanus ensured the site was safe and welcoming for guests, while Project Manager Britney Oliver has kept the project moving forward 鈥 a glimpse into the teamwork that makes 麻豆MD传媒鈥檚 approach to complex renovations possible.
Seeing Behind the Scenes
Spotlight speakers included Campfire Ranch CEO, Sam Degenhard, who emphasized the vision behind the project and how it aligns to Campfire Ranch鈥檚 broader mission to energize places through creating meaningful, human experiences in the outdoors.

Oz Trails Bike Park General Manager, Gary Vernon, shared insights on the property’s strategic location adjacent to the recently announced set to open late spring 2026. The close proximity and synergies between the two projects mark an exciting moment in the growth of Bella Vista as a premier mountain bike destination in Northwest Arkansas and beyond.
Rounding out the lineup, Mayor of Bella Vista, John Flynn, celebrated the economic and community benefits that Campfire Ranch is bringing to and shared his excitement for the growth and evolution that is currently taking place.
A Look Behind the Scenes
Guests toured the property鈥檚 seven upgraded lodging rooms, communal lounge and dining areas, and the reimagined back patio featuring a sauna and cold plunge. The design intentionally nods to the property鈥檚 mid-century modern roots, with sustainably sourced vintage furniture and thoughtfully preserved details that honor its history.
And of course, location is everything. Steps from the Little Sugar and Back Forty trail networks 鈥 with more than 100 miles of biking, hiking and running trails 鈥 the lodge will serve as a true basecamp for outdoor enthusiasts.
